A number of food vendors will be on site to provide reasonably priced lunches and snacks.

Chicago-style pure beef hot dogs, Polish sausage and brats, tacos, tamales, plus snacks, a beverage station, and more:

Starters, Tacos and BBQ pulled sandwiches:

• Mexican Style Corn OFF the Cob: Grilled corn, cut off the cob, tossed with chili lime aioli, and queso fresco
• Tamale: Tamale stuffed with smoked pork, served in banana leaf, topped with red onion, salsa verde, and queso fresco
• Oaxacan (wa-hawk-in) Style Taco: Slow roasted/lightly smoked pork, tossed in a spice Oaxacan salsa, on a tortilla, topped with fresh pico, cilantro, and queso fresco. Sub pulled chicken, or carne asada
• Asian Style Taco: Carne asada, tossed and caramelized with a ginger soy reduction, served on a tortilla, topped with Napa cabbage and cilantro slaw Sub pulled chicken or roasted pork.
• Verde Taco: Roasted chicken, pulled, tossed with a spicy green chili salsa, served on a tortilla, cilantro, guacamole spread. Sub roasted pork or carna asada
• Veggie Taco: Marinated grilled veggies, your choice of sauce, on a tortilla, topped with Napa slaw, and queso fresco (Vegan if requested)
• Pulled Pork: Slow roasted pork, slathered with blue ribb mn state fair award-winning BBQ sauce, topped with Carolina slaw
• BBQ Chicken: Dry rubbed and grilled chicken, slathered with blue ribbon MN State Fair award-winning BBQ sauce, topped with Carolina slaw

Sauces:

• Oaxacan: Smokey, robust tomato-based emulsion with hints of chipotle, roasted chilies, cumin, cilantro and lime
• Ginger Ponzu (pon-zoo): Ginger-soy reduction with chili and yuzo
• Salsa Verde: Roasted tomatillo, garlic, onion, cilantro, and lime
• Sweet Heat BBQ: Minnesota State Fair winning BBQ sauce
